Movember
Every year in November, Men from all over the United Kingdom and the world grow moustaches to raise awareness of men’s health issues and cancers that effect men. The campaign is called Movember.
Kent Sands Charity Event
In December 2009 my daughter Scarlett died during childbirth; and the charity SANDS provided fantastic information and support. As last year, I will again be supporting the Kent Sands 2011 Christmas fundraiser, which is looking to raise funds and awareness of the often taboo subject of stillbirth – 17 babies are stillborn or die shortly after birth EVERY DAY in the UK…
So on the 17th of December 2011, along with my good friends from Illuminations Photography, we will be providing a photo studio/booth at the event; with ALL donations raised for the photographs being directed to the charity. In addition to this I will also be donating portrait gift vouchers, a free family photo session with prints, plus a free bespoke hand built picture frame as prizes for the Raffle Draw!
