A lovely Kent wedding at the Donnington Manor Hotel (Best Western) Sevenoaks in Kent.
Despite the chaos of the bridal preparation, (it’s amazing how many people – Bride, Bridesmaids, hair stylists, make-up artists and a photographer… can fit into a single room!); the Bride and Groom (Julie and Barry) remained calm and relaxed throughout the morning of the wedding!
Even with some very heavy rain and wind, that caused us to improvise with group photographs, nothing could dampen theirs or anyone’s spirit with the abundance of happy emotions!
I have to say though, one of the best highlights of the day was watching Barry express his obvious joy of being married with some very enthusiastic dancing!!
A truly brilliant fun day! Enjoy!
Wedding at The Orangery Turkey Mill Maidstone – Congratulations to Charlie and Craig!
A Beautiful wedding at the exclusive wedding venue The Orangery Turkey Mill that’s close to Maidstone in Kent. Yet again I was made to feel like one of the family, laughing and joking during the bridal preparation; then it was a quick drive down to the wedding venue to prepare for Charlie’s arrival. It was a bright and clear day; and with no rain in sight, meant that we were on for a fantastic outdoor wedding set in the landscaped gardens and purpose build Gazebo! Brilliant!
After the group shots and a few photographs with the cars, we were spoilt for choice on locations for the Bride and Groom portraits. However, rather than rushing around the venue before the wedding breakfast, it was decided to do the portraits after; and this turned out to be a genius idea, as the natural light just kept getting better and better, as we moved from the afternoon and into the evening, giving us plenty of opportunity to shoot naturally as well as sue some off camera flash techniques!!
