There are many different theories and definitions to what makes a photograph a ‘fine art’ style. You only have to look up the term on Google to see what we mean!
But for us though, it’s all about making something that is more than just a realistic representation of the person being photographed. It’s more about creating something that’s timeless, with atmosphere and artistic impression. It’s about capturing the aesthetics and emotion the image evokes; furthermore it’s about creating something you want to have framed. Ultimately it should be intrinsic and in a tangible form, just like a piece of artwork in a gallery or a family heirloom in your home.
